Hyatt Hotel

PIN BLD are delighted to announce the successful completion and handover of Hyatt Regency Hotel project on Portman Sq.

We were appointed by G&T under a traditional lump sum contract to undertake and deliver 3 key phases of works whilst the hotel continued to trade throughout:

• New build extensions to create new meetings rooms and function areas.
• A rolling phased refurbishment whilst in occupation of the front of house reception, restaurant and gym areas with the works occurring behind full acoustic matched hoardings with temporary access routes for guests, staff and deliveries.
• Structural modifications to the existing goods & loading bay areas and modifications to the underground car park whilst the hotel continues to trade and operate.

During the project further additional works were awarded including:

• Formation of a new gym on level 2.
• Refurbishment of Italian restaurant Locatelli including the provision of building services enhancements, new joinery, flooring and decorations.
