PIN BLD are delighted to announce the successful completion and handover of Njord Partners – London headquarters office fit out project.

PIN BLD were appointed under a Design and Build contract to deliver the clients 6k sq ft London headquarters fit out. The team worked closely with the client to define the brief and evolve the design via a sequence of collaborative work shops, creating a space which clearly reflected the client’s Nordic origins.

The project was delivered to a strict budget and to a drop-dead occupation date of Christmas ever 2017. The works included MEP adaptions, creation of meeting rooms with full AV capacity, bespoke joinery items and the selection/installation of all loose furniture.

Project duration 12 weeks.
