We approach every project as our own with a willingness to invest our time on a speculative basis to progress the project. Through an advanced appointment from inception we will influence, define and agree key deliverables, roles and responsibilities for all. We seek to become the single point of responsibility on all our projects replacing the traditional main contractor role. This allows us to remove the unnecessary overheads, profit and risk money traditional associated with this route.
